This is a multifaceted role supporting administrative functions and business operations. This position is designed for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced individual capable of managing day-to-day administrative functions, overseeing office operations, and supporting executive leadership in a mid-sized company.
The tasks and responsibilties of a Business Operations & Adminstrative Manager are outlined below:
Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events.
Office Management
Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Staff Management
Supervise one administrative assistant
Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Project Management
Lead and manage special projects as assigned by executive leadership.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Executive Support
Act as a liaison between executive leadership and various departments.
Prepare and review executive-level communications and reports.
Attend meetings at various locations on behalf of executive team members when necessary.
Participate in meetings to take detailed notes on behalf of executive team members.
Budget Management
Monitor expenditures and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Provide financial reports and analysis to senior leadership.
Compliance And Risk Management
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Ensure Executive Accountability
Monitor executive schedules to ensure adherence to timelines and deadlines.
Provide timely reminders and follow-ups on key tasks, meetings, and project milestones.
Track progress on executive action items and provide regular status updates.
