The Business Manager will be in charge of ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client. This individual will be responsible for the administrative business point of contact for customers and vendors. This position is fully remote, but you must live in the state of Illinois.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for business vendors and manage accounts
Send out contracts, marketing materials, and other business documents
Assist various teams with administrative tasks
Forecast revenues, expenses and cash positions
Processing of invoices and payments.
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Generate and send out invoices to clients.
Working with the compliance team to make sure accounts are in compliance
Qualifications:
Minium of 3 years of full-time work experience as Business Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience with vendor management and sales support is a plus.
Knowledge of security and compliance standards is an advantage.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree
