Summary

As a key member of the management team, the Manager must ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures while using analytical skills to be a resource to the Distribution Center Management Team and Area Sales Functional Teams. The Business Manager will provide administrative, financial support services and analysis for the operational and sales teams. They will also ensure accurate and timely internal administration and adherence to proper accounting and reporting procedures.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring and collaborating with management in the analysis of monthly financial reports.
  • Collaborate with Facility Finance Manager to ensure the accuracy of Labor Reporting.
  • Collaborate with Facility Finance Manager in preparing metrics reports and dashboards.
  • Assist in Accounts Payable efforts when necessary.
  • Processes A/P invoices and complete GRIR in company preferred method.
  • Collaborates with management team on monitoring and controlling of operating expenses to include identification of savings.
  • Assist in monitoring of the internal control environment compliance, identify gaps to Facility Finance Manager and assist in remediation.
  • Prepare and Present in Monthly RACM Mock Audit Meetings with Facility Finance Manager and report findings to facility General Manager.
  • Review & ensure payroll is processed timely and accurately on a weekly basis.
  • Back up Finance Admins for new employee paperwork and facilitate New Employee Orientation.
  • Provide account coding, invoice and PO Generations.
  • Supervise, lead, and develop administrative staff for the facility
  • Create and Maintain Capitol Requests
  • Assist other departments with GRIR, Open PO, and other issues they may have with PO’s and coding.
  • Maintain all vendors files for company making sure contracts, coi,, safety handbooks, and gsa’s are in compliance.
  • Track expenses for Capital Projects
  • Complete Month End Close
  • Assist Facility Finance Manager with monthly MOR Slides
  • Provide Auditors with Audit documentation for live audits
  • Track ignitor expenses
  • View cross charging expenses for PC


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years experience in finance or accounting
  • 3+ years experience using SAP preferred
  • Experience using Ariba Purchasing a plus
  • Experience in Operational Finance a plus
  • Understanding of CPG/Bottler processes a plus
