Responsibilities

As a Permanent Business Manager, you will be tasked with a diverse set of responsibilities, all aimed at driving financial performance and business growth. Your responsibilities will include

• Overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including the development and management of budgets, financial reporting, and planning.
• Conducting thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and provide insight into business performance.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Preparing financial reports for senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborating with executive management to devise effective financial strategies and long-term business plans.
• Streamlining financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Providing leadership and support to finance and accounting staff.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Business Manager role, you must meet the following qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.
• Solid experience in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey financial information to non-financial colleagues and stakeholders.
