We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team. Roles And Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data from multiple sources to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop a deep understanding of business processes, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven recommendations.
Reporting and Dashboard Development:
Design and create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) to present findings and insights.
Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting outputs.
Business Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models to support BI solutions development.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Monitor and analyze business performance metrics and KPIs to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
Data Quality Assurance:
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by validating data sources and implementing data quality controls.
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and ensure compliance with data governance policies and standards.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
Recommend and implement process improvements and enhancements to optimize BI capabilities and deliver greater business value.
