Job Description:

We are seeking a BI Analytics Manager to lead analytics initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will help define the future of our analytics stack as well as evolve how data is used. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to identify analytical opportunities and solutions, and you will execute on ad hoc analytics and building of dashboards. We are seeking an analytical leader who can also manage external data engineers on technical tasks, including maintaining data pipeline and ETL jobs as well as data models.


Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for maintenance of data ingestion and ETL jobs into the data warehouse, overseeing an offshore team
  • Be in-house expert in all data sources throughout the organization
  • Evolve data models in DBT to meet business needs
  • Oversee BI tool, building and maintaining dashboards as necessary
  • Develop processes to triage analytical needs throughout the businesses, identifying ad hoc analysis and dashboard needs
  • Work with marketing team to enable near real time data-driven marketing decisions
  • Perform product analytics and aid in A/B test measurement
  • Work closely with Google Analytics


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in SQL
  • 3 years using at least one common enterprise BI tool
  • Experience in data requirements and defining data schemas
  • Understanding of ETL processes and hands on experience with dbt
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of statistical inference principles and A/B testing preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-departmentally
  • Curiosity and attention to detail
