Business Intelligence Analyst

IntePros is seeking a proven Business Intelligence Analyst for an American multinational technology company. You will play a crucial role in the team, leveraging your analytical skills and customer-facing abilities to support and drive our business intelligence initiatives. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with global clients to understand their business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Employ basic Excel and PowerPoint skills to create reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams across a matrixed organization.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, demonstrating exceptional customer-facing skills.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Utilize Python and R for advanced data analysis and modeling (nice to have).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our business intelligence capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL is a must.
• Experience with Python and R is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in basic Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
• Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and translate data
