Title: Business Financial Operations Analyst - Analytical Development

Duration: 12-months to 6/13/2025 (Possibly to be extended)

Location: On-site in Malvern PA 19355

Pay: $43.79/Hour (W2)

Ideal Work Experience:

1) The ideal candidate for the Business Operations Analyst role will have 1-3 years of experience and a University/Bachelor's degree in a related field.

2) They will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, specifically focusing on (loan payment) PMT system update, internal systems/applications update, financial budgeting/forecasting support, data entry, and creating dashboards/visualizations.

3) They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop and maintain data models, perform in-depth data analysis, and support project management. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in data visualization too.

1) Analytical Skills: The candidate should have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. He / She should be able to identify trends, opportunities, and risks related to process / data performance and project execution.

2) Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role as the candidate will be interacting with various stakeholders, including department executives, business colleagues, and cross-functional teams. He / She should be able to clearly convey information, gather requirements, and work collaboratively to achieve goals.

3) Data Visualization and Reporting: Proficiency in data visualization tools and the ability to create executive-level reports and dashboards is crucial. The candidate should be able to present data in a visually appealing and informative manner to support decision-making and provide insights to department executives.
