About the Position

Persistent Systems is looking for Business Finance Manager for a Unit who will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and strategy of that Unit. They analyze financial data, support large deals, participate in contract negotiations, participate in customer meetings, prepare reports, manage budgets, forecast trends, and advise senior management on financial decisions. They will also ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

What you will do:

• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
• Support opportunities, Create P&L, Advice on opportunity closure and contract negotiations.
• Analyze financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditures.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals

What you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of seven years of experience in finance management in a similar industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software include Oracle and Power Bi
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
