Business Development Trainee

Our Business Development Trainees works directly with key members of our sales and customer service departments to provide an undoubtedly premium experience to customers in our local community. We aim to be the pacesetters in the marketing and sales industry. As a Business Development Trainee with our team, your main priority is to bring our clients’ products and services to LIFE!

Our Business Development Trainees act as the face of our company and they are proud of it! We are passionate about building brand loyalty with every customer through direct marketing campaigns.

Business Development Trainee Responsibilities:

  • Generate product and brand awareness through direct marketing and outreach techniques
  • Increase brand awareness to the customers in an effort to increase service revenue
  • Maintain a sound knowledge of products, promotions, and service offerings
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and conference calls to become an expert on our brand and our clients
  • Drive and exceed sales goals through ensuring world-class brand experiences
  • Engage with customers, providing them with adequate product knowledge and service insight
  • Execute hands-on promotions of client services directly to the consumer in person and close every sale
  • Increase sales revenue with creative direct marketing campaign execution

Business Development Trainee Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing or sales position
  • Effective problem-solving, influence, and negotiation tactics
  • Comfortable delivering presentations regularly and interacting with clients and customers on a daily basis
  • Ability to multitask, and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to make a valuable contribution towards maintaining our culture for passion
