6M Executives is looking for an individual who wants to make a measurable impact on the environment and our community! We are seeking a Business Development Trainee with a desire to make a difference in the local carbon footprint by bringing renewable energy options to communities nationwide.

We are actively interviewing qualified individuals to fill an open role in our Sales and Business Development Department. As a Business Development Trainee, you will provide customers with knowledge of clean energy products that best meet their individual needs while adding value to their homes and delivering unmatched customer service and sales support.

What is the goal of this position? The Business Development Trainee will plant the “sales seed” for positive business relationships and continued growth opportunities for our clients and the brands that we represent. We believe in turning brand awareness into action by delivering a clean, sustainable way of living for years to come.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Trainee:

  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of reducing your carbon footprint and utilizing clean energy options through consultative sales techniques and active listening skills
  • Provide first-class service and sales support through follow-ups with interested customers
  • Communicate with the management team to analyze and improve sales & outreach tactics
  • Follow up with existing clients to drive referral business
  • Attend continued sales training seminars and classes to learn up to date product knowledge
  • Complete training program by demonstrating the ability to promote clean energy awareness and grow consumer base
