Looking to hire new Business Development Manager / Specialist who can contribute to exponential business growth for the years to come. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end Software services sales process for new clients.
Required relevant experience – 4 to 8 years.
Responsibilities:
Identifying prospects using lead generation, social media, personal networking and ongoing relationships.
Driving the sales process from introductory meetings to business capture, for new clients.
Promoting Futurism’s services as a trusted software solutions services partner and expanding our market share.
Delivering exceptional service and cultivating successful long-term client relationships.
Working with executive team members to improve service delivery and expand our footprint in North America.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a sales or business development environment for Software services /IT Staffing (onsite / offshore) and Software solutions in AI & ML / Cyber Security /Ecommerce / SaaS / Cloud / RPA / Mobility / IOT / Blockchain / Data Science / Data Analytics
Ability to understand IT market, market trends, latest software technologies including AI & ML
Knowledge of generating leads through job boards, LinkedIn, networking & other internet-based tools and Experience in working on the leads generated by Lead Generation Team. Generate leads & prospects based on prior network and contacts.
Responsible for Sales Demo/Presentation, creating business proposals, negotiations and closing business deals, basically will be responsible for End-to-End Sales.
Ability to foster relationships and gain trust of new and existing clients.
A hungry, can-do attitude, high energy, self-starter who takes initiative.
