This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to significantly impact the food industry, focusing on healthy, planet-friendly sweetening options.


Our client specializes in high-quality natural sweeteners, serving food manufacturers of all sizes. Their range includes Stevia, Monk Fruit, Erythritol, and more, emphasizing sustainability, ethical sourcing, and innovation. They are dedicated to providing custom sweetening solutions, exceptional customer service, and fostering strong partner relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Secure new clients and sustain existing partnerships in the natural sweetener market.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand and fulfill the unique needs of food manufacturers.
  • Market Expansion: Introduce natural sweeteners to new markets and customer segments.
  • Prospecting: 10% of the business; focus on working warm leads rather than cold calling. We have about 2,800 warm leads.


Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Food Science.
  • Professional Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in natural or food ingredient industries.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, self-driven, team-oriented, customer-focused, and aware of market trends.


What We Offer:

  • Compensation and Benefits: We offer a highly competitive salary package starting at $70,000, which can reach up to $120,000, including achievable commission targets.

  • Commissions:

- 2% of the gross profit for commodity sales

- 4% of the gross profit on blends and value-added sales
