We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our company’s revenue growth by selling high-value website design and marketing packages to small businesses in the DFW area. This is a hybrid, full time position with a competitive base and commission structure, designed for a skilled sales professional who excels in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution: Efficiently close sales on the first call by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our website packages.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand and address client requirements, offering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize provided leads to schedule appointments and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent performance and revenue generation.
  • Closing Techniques: Employ advanced closing techniques to secure deals, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide timely feedback on customer interactions and market dynamics and maintain accurate sales records and reports.


Qualifications:

No degree required. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience and a basic understanding of website design and development and digital marketing. Sales training and marketing training will be provided during the 90-day onboarding period.

  • Proven Experience: Experience in selling websites or marketing services is highly desirable.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Technology Proficiency: Ability to learn our technology and utilize it to improve sales close rates. Our tech stack includes Slack, Notion, GoHighLevel and Pipedrive.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Results-Driven: A strong focus on achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.


Compensation:

  • Target $48,000-55,000 base - with commission, six figure total compensation target.


Benefits:

  • Flexible work schedule: A minimum of 6 total hours must be observed during normal operating hours daily. (8am-6pm Central) Remaining hours may be completed at your leisure assuming all responsibilities are maintained.
  • Health insurance - Health, Vision, Life and Dental are offered after the 90-day probationary period. Company covers 40% of health monthly health insurance premiums for the employee.
  • Flexible Time Off: Take the time you need while ensuring work responsibilities are covered. Required time off includes 11 major holidays, the week between Christmas and New Years, and your birthday.
