The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships and providing workforce management solutions within the light industrial, warehouse, and professional services environment. Seeking a high energy, hunter mentality with experience within staffing and the recruitment industry preferred.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong target list with the ability to flip targets into billing accounts.
  • Heavy lead generation and consistent & creative follow up until you get to the sale.
  • Ability to identify and connect with key decision makers
  • Heavy outbound sales activity (calls, emails, networking)
  • Ability to set and lead sales appointments.
  • Persuade and influence decision makers and gatekeepers.
  • Create sales strategies and close the sale.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Relationship focused is a must - we are not looking for “sales” people, but rather

relationship builders.

  • High energy, self-motivated, hunter
  • Strong personal brand and network to call upon


Education and Experience:

  • Proven success in business development and sales - specifically in the staffing and recruiting industry and/or workforce related VMS (SaaS) sales
