4+ years staffing industry experience required

Remote position in with occasional travel in and around the Chicago market.

Our client is a leading provider of IT Staffing Services with a strong presence in the Chicago area and expanding nationally.

We’re hiring for a Business Development Manager to sell our portfolio of staffing services.

What You Will Do

• Schedule and attend onsite client meetings in Chicago.
• Build and strengthen relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
• Increase headcount, revenue, and gross margins from existing accounts.
• Execute a multi-faceted prospecting plan through various channels.
• Partner with the Recruiting Team to ensure success with client-candidate relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of client-facing role in IT Staffing industry.
• Experience selling to corporate CIOs, VPs, IT Directors, and Business Unit Leads.
• Excellent planning, time management, and presentation skills.
• Thorough understanding of metrics to meet and exceed business development goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills

• BA/BS Degree or equivalent industry experience.
