Well, you’re in luck! We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to take a leading influencer marketing agency that specialise in the gaming space to new heights!

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a hands-on role in driving sales to brands across gaming, D2C, technology, entertainment, and emerging markets.

This pivotal role will focus on driving our direct sales efforts, expanding our client base, and enhancing our international market presence. The ideal candidate will excel in developing direct sales strategies and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain sales in the US territory
• Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery calls to contract negotiation
• Identify and engage with relevant brands and game publishers
• Initiate and cultivate relationships with key clients to drive new business sales
• Track and manage advertiser pipeline to surpass quarterly and annual sales goals
• Establish key relationships with brands, negotiate pricing, terms of contract, and other project-specific details

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years proven experience as a sales executive in the influencer marketing or digital advertising industry.
• Experience in influencer marketing is essential.
• In-depth understanding of the influencer space and creator platforms, primarily YouTube
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis
• Demonstrable relationships with agencies and clients in the US
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• Team player with a strong desire to win and continuously develop personal and professional skills
• Ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate effectively both internally and externally
• Understanding of key influencer metrics, campaign KPIs, conversion funnels, and data-driven decision-making
• Global sales experience with clients and agencies is a plus
