Business Development Manager- Entry Level

Synaptic is currently seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Business Development Managers role in the Cleveland area! Due to recent business expansion, our clients are seeking individuals who enjoy interpersonal interactions and working collaboratively. We are on the lookout for candidates with exceptional communication skills, a penchant for thriving in fast-paced environments, and a passion for continuous learning.

As a Business Development Managers, you will have the opportunity to acquire and refine skills essential for a successful career in business operations. During the paid training period, trainees will focus on developing negotiation skills, client acquisition techniques, and leadership capabilities. Please note: This position requires in-person attendance and we are seeking candidates who are willing to commute to Cleveland, OH. As an entry-level role within our company, we welcome those eager to gain experience in a professional work environment to submit their applications.

Responsibilities:

• Attend regular client training meetings to stay informed about industry trends, promotions, and products.
• Establish new customer accounts and ensure the maintenance of existing accounts.
• Efficiently plan and execute goals in collaboration with management to meet team sales objectives.
• Actively engage face-to-face with potential and existing customers on behalf of our clients to uphold brand reputation.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with team members and management.
• Train and develop new representatives.
