Role Description:
***This is a remote, 100% commission-only contract role for a Business Development Manager.***
The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new client engagement opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, research market trends, and develop sales strategies. The Manager will negotiate, close deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B business development experience representing professional services (consulting, legal, accounting/bookkeeping, sales, etc.) offerings
A strong network of CEOs, Founders, Private Equity, and Venture Capital Funds
Attention to detail
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
Knowledge of market trends and competition
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in the consulting industry is a plus
