The Aragon Company is an industry recognized performance marketing agency that provides advertisers with high-quality traffic through our owned and operated web properties, award-winning affiliate network, and hands-on affiliate agency representation.
The Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated, forward-thinking Account Executive to work on the Vibrant Performance (https://vibrantperformance.co) division of The Aragon Company, selling our affiliate and influencer agency services to brands. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining their own pipeline, developing relationships, closing new business, and expanding the scope of work with existing clients. The ideal candidate has previous experience in affiliate or influencer agency sales, and domain expertise in the finance, fintech, home services, mobile app and/or lead generation realms. The Account Executive reports directly to the Sr. Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for generating revenue and selling a range of services including digital advertising, brand partnerships and influencer agency services.
- Develops a strong understanding of Vibrant Performance products and media solutions.
- Utilizes a variety of strategies to prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients within the industry. Attends Conferences and Tradeshows, and leverages LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other social strategies to engage the targeted audience.
- Develops and delivers compelling presentations communicating our value proposition, and benefits of our agency services.
- Skillfully negotiates and closes contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability of the company.
- Meets and exceeds individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the Sales Team.
- Provides regular updates to management on pipeline of business, percent to goal, verticals, and opportunities along with any challenges.
- Brings innovative marketing ideas to life that make a difference for our clients and their businesses.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-life cycle sales experience in the digital marketing industry, working in the financial services, fintech, and/or home services verticals.
- Embraces technology, and maintains/utilizes CRM for individual success, and Team benefit.
- Has proven track record of independently managing, developing and closing new client relationships.
- A champion of business goals, you communicate how our services directly impact clients' performance metrics.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a high-energy team culture that drives collective success.
- Passionate about customer success and driven to exceed client expectations.
Compensation
This hiring range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year and is eligible for uncapped commission. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
