TGG Accounting is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic initiatives to increase our market share in the recruiting industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruiting landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the recruiting industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet or exceed company targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and requirements and provide tailored recruiting solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry developments and adjust business strategies accordingly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
  1. Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
  1. Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure alignment of business development strategies and recruiting efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support business development activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the recruiting department.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the recruiting or staffing industry.


Skills:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting industry and market dynamics.
