Below are the skills you will learn through our training program:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Engineering and Renewable industries
- Learn and improve sales and recruiting tactics to help identify quality candidates for immediate or future employment
- Master marketing techniques and client engagement processes
- Learn to negotiate salary rates and other conditions of employment
- 1-10+ years of Business Development/Salesexperience within the staffing and/or workforce solutions
- Excellent communication skills (both orally and written), including the ability to communicate and connect with all types of personalities withinan organization
- Self-Motivatedand self-accountable,with high degree of customer servicecapabilities
- High sense of urgency and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers
