Duties and responsibilities include managing daily operations, formulating processes, and planning the use of materials and human resources to support the growth and development of Monique Morin Lingerie. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about growth and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for expanding the direct and wholesale business in alignment with the Monique Morin Lingerie brand vision.
Responsibilities
- Manage product creation and collections on Shopify-operated e-commerce platform.
- Resolve daily customer service inquiries via email and text messages; assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Fulfill online orders: generate shipping labels in Shopify, collect, and pack products for shipment.
- Develop and oversee the wholesale distributor segment; actively engage with distributors and maintain tools such as line sheets and price lists.
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Support the organization of seasonal and promotional events, including trade shows (on-site and virtual). Analyze internal processes, recommend, and implement procedural or policy changes to enhance operations.
- Demonstrate and explain intimate apparel merchandise, selecting and suggesting options tailored to client needs.
- Maintain competitive industry knowledge through webinars, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Procure, distribute, and manage inventory of supplies.
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Maintain existing business
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 - 3 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Ability to multitask, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong sales and customer service abilities.
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Capable of lifting up to 15 pounds when necessary.
