Hold Brother's Capital, a self-clearing broker dealer with specialization in proprietary trading in the US Equities markets, headquartered in New York, NY, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and contributing to the achievement of our business goals.
Responsibilities:
Partner with senior management to thoroughly understand and align with the company's strategic business goals and objectives, leveraging extensive industry experience to drive informed decision-making
Lead and manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and final deal negotiation, drawing on a proven track record of successful sales leadership and target achievement
Continuously evaluate and enhance processes, providing high-level strategic recommendations to drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of innovation
Develop and maintain robust relationships with key external stakeholders, including industry professionals and organizations, utilizing a well-established professional network to support business growth
Apply deep expertise in trading practices, market trends, and trading systems to strategically address and fulfill complex client needs
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's organizational structure to facilitate effective cross-departmental collaboration and communication, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives
Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of consistently achieving sales goals within a day trading firm, clearing firm, broker, or dealer environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and lead sources at a managerial level
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information effectively
Detail-oriented, professional, and polished demeanor, capable of leading by example
In-depth understanding of the company's organizational structure and the ability to navigate it efficiently
Series 7 license required
