Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager at EV.com, you will be pivotal in driving our sales initiatives to meet revenue and profitability targets. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in communication, negotiation, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. You will be directly engaging with dealers and key stakeholders to foster relationships, understand client needs, and deliver compelling product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve set revenue and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing dealer accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between EV.com and dealers, providing tailored product solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, such as dealer operations and training, to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Negotiate and close deals with senior leaders and decision-makers at dealerships.
- Address and resolve any issues arising with dealers, acting as a product subject matter expert.
- Keep abreast of new products, features, and functionalities.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce and ensure effective team communication.
- Promote a positive team environment focused on achieving sales targets and maintaining high morale.
- Manage account receivables and uphold a standard of high-quality service.
- Drive continuous improvement and adapt to changes within the sales team.
Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of client standards and product requirements.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in interpreting and presenting data.
- Ability to effectively interface with clients at various levels.
- Open-minded and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity, proactive attitude, and excellent work ethic.
- Willingness to travel domestically, including overnight stays.
