Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the fashion industry, particularly in women's dresses, and a proven track record in driving business growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing strategies to expand our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze market data to develop strategic business plans.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and online platforms.
  • Create detailed business plans aimed at expanding our product reach and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and results to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Identify opportunities to showcase our products and expand our brand presence.
  • Provide feedback to the design and product development teams based on market trends and client preferences.
  • Ensure that product offerings meet the needs of the target market.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the fashion industry, preferably in women's fashion.
  • Proven track record of achieving business growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
