Job Description

We're in search of a vibrant and seasoned Business Development Consultant to collaborate with our team as an external contractor. The ideal candidate will boast a proven track record in the entirety of the business development process, particularly in engaging US-based companies. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and propelling revenue growth through the sale of our team extension services.

Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients through diverse channels, such as networking events, cold outreach, and industry partnerships.

Engage proactively with prospects to comprehend their business needs and challenges, positioning our team extension services as optimal solutions.

Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to articulate the value proposition of our services effectively.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft customized proposals and solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutual agreement on scope, deliverables, and engagement terms.

Maintain regular communication with clients to cultivate robust relationships, address concerns, and pinpoint opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to position our services strategically and sustain a competitive advantage.

Offer regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to senior management.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, particularly in IT services (outsourcing, team extension, team augmentation), SaaS, or IT recruitment agencies.

Demonstrated experience working with US-based clients and a robust network of contacts within the US market is essential.

Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.

Comprehensive understanding of the entire business development lifecycle, encompassing prospecting, lead generation, contract negotiation, and client management.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster rapport and establish credibility with clients across all levels.

Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach, adept at identifying and capitalizing on revenue-generating opportunities.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
