One of NYC's top architecture and interior design firms is seeking a Business Development Coordinator. In this role you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. Working closely with the Business Development Director, this is an excellent learning opportunity for an ambitious candidate.



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities and potential clients.
  • CRM Management: Utilizing the firm's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively by generating reports, tracking leads and maintaining accurate data.
  • Administrative Support: Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks related to business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Document Production: Creating compelling documents for presentations, proposals and client communications.



Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Development or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in a relevant role in architecture, real estate development or related area.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working with CRM systems.



Salary: $72,000 - $80,000
