Mural Health is a fast-growing fintech startup that makes clinical trials easy for participants! We prioritize participants. Our mission is to eliminate any barriers a participant and caregivers experience while being part of a clinical trial. Mural Health is looking to expand our team with a Business Development Associate. This person will be an integral part of sourcing and closing new business opportunities.
Who are you? You are a self-starter who wants to see Mural Health grow! You are excited to be part of a fast-paced environment and help a wide range of biotechs streamline their clinical trial payments. You can communicate effectively with great attention to detail and organizational skills.
You will:
- Support the business development strategies to help achieve the Company’s goals
- Identify and target new business opportunities and expand our client base
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives
- Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to make informed strategic decisions
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of successful sales experience, software sales experience is a plus!
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans
- Bring innovative ideas to expand the Mural Health product offering
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
- A sense of humor!
