To ensure the continued success of Cyberdrone, we are seeking to expand our operations in North America, with a focus on the United States. We are looking for a Business Developer to assist us in building a large client network in this market.

Key responsibilities:
Explore new markets and create strategic business plans to acquire new business in North America, especially the United States.
Gain market insights to identify key trends, competitive landscapes, and potential areas for growth
Generate leads and maintain a good pipeline of events that would require drone shows
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders
Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, inside or outside of the company, including business plans, showcasing the capabilities of our drone show technology and/or opportunities ahead
Track and report on business development activities and results
Take initiative in proposing and implementing strategies to optimize business development processes
Balance theoretical knowledge with hands-on, practical involvement in the development and execution of projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA would be an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the entertainment, technology, or event industry
Strong network of clients in the relevant industry in North America, mainly US (network in neighboring countries or South America is a plus)
Strong understanding of “as-a-Service” (aaS) solutions and their application in the relevant domains
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner
A track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas not only for drone show concepts
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects from concept to completion
Having familiarity with digital art and its integration into live drone shows is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events
