Schedule: Standard Office Hours, with occasional early (7 AM) or late (7 PM) calls

Pay Rate Range: $36 - $44 per hour
Position Summary:
A leading company in the life sciences industry is seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Business Data Analyst to join its Global Financial Services team. This role focuses on operational excellence and supporting the global commercial sales organization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed reviews of contracts and terms against Sales Operations checklist to identify and mitigate legal risks.
Manage contract change control processes and related correspondence.
Serve as a resource for contract-related inquiries and resolve operational issues.
Proactively propose and implement new policies to enhance scalability and efficiency in contracting processes.
Provide strategic solutions to Sales Operations leadership.
Oversee the development and maintenance of a commercial contracts management database.
Develop and maintain compliance-related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Prepare compliance reports and monitor pricing issues.
Perform ad-hoc audits of Financial Services deals portfolio.
Establish best practices for measuring contract management performance.
Requirements:
Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and finalizing commercial or legal documents.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to handle multiple contract negotiations simultaneously.
Mastery of contract processes including evaluation, negotiation, approval, tracking, and close-out.
Strong mentorship capabilities and ability to serve as a Contracts authority.
Independent working ability with sound judgment.
Exacting attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
Financial modeling understanding and knowledge of financing tools (leasing, pay per use, etc.).
Reporting skills, including KPI development and reporting pack preparation.
Understanding of the company's business model and T&Cs.
Team player with experience working in multicultural teams.
Flexibility to join early or late calls as needed.
Experience abroad is a plus.
Education:
Business-related/legal degree or equivalent industrial experience.
2-5 years of directly applicable experience, preferably in the life sciences field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
