Business Coach

Improve performance and profitability of Mainstream Boutique franchises by providing coaching and guidance to franchisees in all aspects of business operations, marketing, buying, finance and store level operations.

Key Responsibilities 

• Coaching to franchise owners delivered using consistent, structured discussions focused on increasing profitability.
• Working relationships with members of the Franchise Operations team are established to get input on franchisee performance, data analysis, facilitate handoffs to subject matter experts, and collaborate on emerging issues/troubleshooting needs.
• New franchisee onboarding is completed for all new franchisees, store visits for new stores are conducted in a timely manner and visits to existing stores are planned and executed on a schedule developed in partnership with the Director of Franchise Operations.
• Collaborative and trusting partnerships with franchisee and Home Office partners are developed, communication is clear and responsive.
• Updates to Operations Manual are completed in a timely manner.

Experience + Education

· Four-year degree and 3-5 years experience in franchising, coaching or related field

· Store operations/store management/franchisee experience preferred

**Must be able to drive to Minneapolis office for in office work days.
