Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a professional Business Broker. As a Business Broker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying and selling businesses. Your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing new clients, conducting business valuations, facilitating negotiations, marketing businesses for sale, and assisting with the due diligence process. This role requires strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The position as a Sales Associate, is compensated as a 1099 employee, being paid a success fee at the time of the transaction closing, with unlimited potential income.
Qualifications
Business Brokerage and Brokerage skills
Business Valuation and Finance skills
Knowledge of the business industry and market trends
Strong financial acumen
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Experience in sales or business development
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred
Florida Real Estate license is mandatory
