Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Broker at Crespo Services, Inc. The Business Broker will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of businesses, providing valuation services, conducting market research, and negotiating deals. They will work closely with both buyers and sellers to ensure a smooth transaction process and provide expert guidance and advice.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business brokerage or a related field
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent knowledge of the business buying and selling process
Understanding of market trends and financial analysis
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Professional certifications in business brokerage (preferred)
