You are running your own practice. “Business brokers” often buy businesess, invest in businesses, and consult businesses as part of their brokering practice.


Our role, as an platform is to suppprt you in securing listings, marketing lisitngs, back office, sourcing qualified buyers, securing the debt, and markeeting.


We have solved the technology, marketing, back office, valuations, and lending problems that keep people from breaking into this industry--modernizing an old-school industry.


Who is Clearly Acquired: We are a Private Business Acquisition Marketplace, Commercial Debt Broker, and M&A technology company on a mission to build a better way for business buyers and intermediaries to connect, get verified, qualified, and execute deals in a high trust, data-rich, technology-driven environment. And we are looking for the best advisors in Colorado. Applicants must live in Colorado to be eligible.


Job Description


Role Overview: As a Clearly Acquired Preferred Business Broker, you will be at the forefront of our business acquisition marketplace. You will leverage our brand, tools, technology, leads, back-office support, and extensive buyer network to facilitate successful business transactions. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial individuals with experience in business consulting, commercial real estate, business valuation, or business acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Clearly Acquired’s comprehensive suite of tools and technology to manage and execute business transactions.
  • Engage with sellers and buyers, maintaining high standards of responsiveness and engagement.
  • Leverage enhanced profile visibility and exclusive seller leads provided by Clearly Acquired to drive business growth.
  • Utilize back-office support services, including business valuations, debt sizing, and CIM design, to present businesses effectively to potential buyers on the marketplace.
  • Facilitate commercial debt lines of credit and SBA loans, earning additional commissions.
  • Collect and showcase customer reviews and testimonials to enhance credibility and attract potential clients.
  • Participate in performance monitoring to ensure adherence to Clearly Acquired’s standards and maintain preferred status.
  • Access and utilize marketing tools, promotional materials, and training provided by Clearly Acquired to maximize market presence.
  • Bring New Business for Sale Listings to the Marketplace
  • Help shape the future of our marketplace and technology by providing feedback and testing new features.





Qualifications:

  • Must have a real estate license in Colorado or obtain a license within the first six (6) months
  • Must have or obtain the Certified Business Broker accreditation through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) within the first 12 months.
  • Proven experience in business consulting, commercial real estate, or business acquisition.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with attributes such as humility, hunger, intelligence, grit, competitiveness, personal accountability, and comfort with risk.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools for business management.

Operational Business Cost:

  • *You are an independent broker within our network. Our Buyers are driven to your listings, and Business sellers are hand delivered to our network of brokers.
  • Base Monthly Technology and Marketing Fee: $997 per month, which includes Marketplace Profile, Datarooms, Deal Rooms, CRM, and Marketing Ad spend to drive leads and awareness.
  • Referral Commission: 35% of the commission on closed deals will go to Clearly for Driving qualified buyers and securing the financing, and fulfilling the buyside of the equation
  • Startup Activation Fee: $5000 Startup





Broker Allocation Rules:

  • We only have room for nine (9) more Preferred Brokers in Colorado

Compensation:


  • If you are new to brokerage and need to build a network, we anticipate a $65,000-$70,000 commission in your first year is possible.
  • If you are established as a real estate broker or business consultant with a strong network. We anticipate a $120,000-$150,000 in commissions in your first year is possible.
  • Top Business Brokers are generating $250,000 to $500,000 annually. The difference between those who do and those who don't is marketing, sales, tools, technology, and back office.
  • You are building a business, and it takes time to get fully ramped up. Our job is to expedite this process and give you the complete suite to crush it.
