Business and Operations Analyst

My client, a diversified specialty and reinsurance company, is seeking a Business and Operations Analyst to partner with Business Functional areas to translate strategy into project initiatives, detailed requirements, and actions that drive process excellence and efficiencies.

Successful Business and Operations Analyst will be responsible for understanding and documenting system designs, requirements, and improvements needed to drive the strategic vision.

Successful Business and Operations Analyst will be responsible for understanding and documenting system designs, requirements, and improvements needed to drive the strategic vision. Other responsibilities include:

• Collaborates, supports the preparation and implementation of the operational team plans to ensure these are in line with wider business strategy and reflect key priorities.
• Develop and nurture strong partnerships to understand specific business issues and priorities to effectively integrate continuous improvement into their organization.
• Analyze metrics and make recommendations to leadership identifying opportunities and solutions for improvement.
• Partnership with IT on new system and business requirements, troubleshooting and state requirements.
  
  

This is a HYBRID role reporting into the SVP, Head of US Underwriting Services.
