Position Summary:

We seek an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare systems and integration of various add-ons to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering the requirements to build software tools that seamlessly connect Epic EHR with other platforms and a deep understanding of developing full-stack software to ensure a cohesive user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide all the User Stories, insights, and Jira board updates to drive effective software development
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product and client-side engineers to concisely deliver functional POC’s
  • Work closely with software development teams to create tools that connect Epic EHR with other healthcare applications.
  • Define and document software requirements, functional specifications, and interface designs.
  • Gather details to create functional UIs that enable seamless interaction between Epic EHR and integrated systems.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance UI/UX design.
  • Ensure that UI designs are user-friendly, intuitive, and aligned with the overall system architecture.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for integration processes, workflows, and user guides.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with integration projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong Jira/Confluence skills
  • Proven experience with Epic EHR systems and integrating third-party add-ons.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and EHR system functionalities.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design principles and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
