Business Analyst (Virtual/Remote)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Duties:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
– Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes
– Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and solutions in a full-SDLC environment.
– Participate in software development life cycle (SDLC) activities including testing and deployment
– Provide insights through analytics to drive strategic business decisions
– Utilize server technologies for data storage and retrieval
Skills:
– Proficiency in project management methodologies
– Familiarity with Visio for process modeling
– Strong background in business analysis techniques
– Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
– Ability to perform analytics on large datasets
– Familiarity with server technologies for data management
– At least 4 years of experience in software development projects specific to the mortgage industry.
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
