Business Analyst Project Management

BA/PM with specific experience in Digital asset management, and even more specifically AEM Assets and Media beacon experience

Location – Remote – Must be willing to work PST

Duration – 6 months +

Rate: DOE

US Citizen, Green Card, TN, GC EAD, and H4 EAD only No Third-party agencies Corp to Corp

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for asset migration projects.

• Conduct thorough assessments of existing asset management systems and processes.

• Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for asset migration initiatives.

• Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of asset migration tasks.

• Perform data mapping, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of asset transfers.

• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain data integrity throughout the migration process.

• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and milestones.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with asset migration activities.

• Conduct post-implementation reviews and analysis to optimize processes and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst focusing on asset migration projects.

• Strong understanding of digital asset management systems, particularly AEM assets and Media beacon.

• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in data analysis, mapping, and migration strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
