Business Analyst IAM

Job Title: Business Analyst - Identity and Access Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to analyze business needs and develop solutions for managing identity and access rights. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our organization's sensitive data and systems are properly secured and accessible to authorized personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to improve Identity and Access Management processes, policies, and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business cases for new or enhanced identity and access management initiatives.
• Work closely with IT teams to design and implement effective identity and access management solutions that meet business needs.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend controls to mitigate potential security risks related to identity and access management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and other departments.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across the organization to ensure successful implementation of Identity and Access Management initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in Identity and Access Management, and apply this knowledge to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related areas such as IT security, risk management, or compliance.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, identity management, and access control.
• Experience working with IAM tools and technologies, such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar solutions.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical information into business language.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision in your work.
