Business Analyst

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and SharePoint, coupled with a strong background in Scrum methodologies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements.
  • Conduct gap analysis and document business processes and workflows.

Microsoft Dynamics and Azure Implementation:

  • Lead and support the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
  • Utilize Azure services to develop and integrate business solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within Microsoft Dynamics and Azure environments.

SharePoint Management:

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint sites and ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop SharePoint workflows and custom solutions to enhance business processes.

Scrum and Agile Practices:

  • Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Requirements Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and SharePoint.
  • Strong experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies, preferably as a Scrum Master.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM) or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Dynamics and Azure certifications.
  • Experience with other project management tools like JIRA or Confluence.
