Job Description


As a Business Analyst at StatusNeo, you will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional specifications. You will analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making and business strategy.


Responsibilities


- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.

- Conduct analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows.

- Perform data analysis to uncover insights and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.

- Assist in the implementation and testing of new systems and processes.

- Develop and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.


Requirements


- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.


Preferred Qualifications


- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) is beneficial.

- Familiarity with SQL and database querying is advantageous.
