Business Analyst

Required Skills, Competencies, Experience:

• Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities.

• 5+ years of business analysis experience with exposure to various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)

• Proven track record of taking initiative and driving a plan effectively

• Ability to effectively manage time and multi-task

• Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow

Preferred Skills, Competencies, Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred

• Previous Network Operations/Network Engineering experience is a plus
