Client: State of Tennessee

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis to determine the feasibility of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business models and strategies.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, requirements documentation, and process flows.
  • Develop test plans and assist in the execution of user acceptance testing.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
