Blue Rose is seeking a Business Analyst to support our work with a federal client. This is a 100% onsite role in Austin, TX and is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.  

Successful candidates will be required to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.

In this role you will:

  • Use Communication/Leadership skills to support deployments of a proprietary solution developed on the Microsoft Dynamics Platform
  • Analyze processes and help the client incorporate processes into our tool
  • Teach users new functionality of the tool
  • Work with end user on best practices
  • Troubleshoot application issues identified by end users
  • Ensure all training and communication activities are delivered according to the work plan
  • Work with functional team to perform the training impact assessment
  • Help perform the stakeholder analysis and draft the communication plan

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have:

  • 2-3 years of military experience and/or DoD consulting experience
  • 1-2 years of experience supporting software solutions
  • Strong Verbal and Written Skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background and understanding of Defense Agency organizations and operations
  • 1-2 years of experience training in a classroom setting
  • Active Security Clearance

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Salary: $87,000 - $100,000
