  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze information and functional needs. Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to align business and technical solutions analyzing tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
  • Partner with ABIM colleagues to define training plans, user documentation, and change management for all change initiatives.
  • On a continual basis, update documentation relating to the various ABIM systems & processes affected by project work.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of three years of business analysis experience within a formal software development methodology.
