We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition) to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical specifications within the OBIEE environment.
Key Qualifications
Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications within the OBIEE environment.
Proficiency in OBIEE, including experience in data modeling, report development, dashboard creation, and administration tasks.
Strong understanding of business processes and relevant industry domain knowledge to effectively gather requirements and propose solutions using OBIEE.
Ability to elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into OBIEE reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and successful delivery of solutions.
Problem-solving skills to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose effective solutions within the OBIEE environment to meet business needs.
Familiarity with SQL for data analysis and querying within OBIEE, along with an understanding of data warehousing concepts and practices.
Experience in managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables related to OBIEE implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business users, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
Proficient in creating clear and concise documentation including functional specifications, technical design documents, user manuals, and training materials related to OBIEE solutions.
Willingness to stay updated with the latest advancements in OBIEE technology, industry trends, and best practices to enhance skills and contribute to the success of projects.
