Role: Business Analyst - A

Location: St. Paul, MN

Duration: 12 Months on W2

Job Responsibility

  • Help in tool migration.
  • Currently Using the Doors96 system now for housing all of their requirements. They use the PTC Integrity tool where the software team puts their test cases.
  • They are now creating a replacement tool that will merge their requirements, tests, and risk profiles into one tool.
  • This candidate will help in the integration of the tool, doing validation and working with different teams to input data, verify that it is correct,the and build out the system including helping the host on who is going to be in there, helping throughout this IT project system, setting up validations.
  • Assist system engineering team on other projects like daily management trackers in spreadsheets.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerBi, creating dashboards. Currently they are using Excel for tracking and managing data. They are looking for someone who can give a new modern look on how to track projects.
  • Finding problems to solutions.
  • 95% of the job will be in integration, testing, and training associates on how to use the tool that is selected for product life cycle management.
  • PLM Experience: Must have experience using DOORS, PTC Integrity, PTC CodeBeamer, and JAMA. - Must know how to move data from DOORS to Integrity or into JAMA/CodeBeamer. They must know backend work and some scripting & know how it is done and be hands-on with it.

Education And Experience

  • Minimum associate's degree.
  • At least 2 years experience with PLM tools: DOORS, JAMA, etc.

  • Understanding backend management of PLM tools: DOORS, JAMA, PTC Integrity, PTC CodeBeamer.
  • Self-starter and proactive
