Position will be hybrid, onsite 2 days a week (Mon/Tue)

• 10+ Years' Experience working with technical documents within the IT field
• Experience with the State of Michigan Methodology - Must be able to hit the ground running!
• 10+ Years' experience with Joint Application Design (JAD) session facilitation.
• 8+ Years' experience writing requirements for COTS solutions.
• 4+ Years' experience with large scale enterprise-wide vendor solution deployment for Enrollment Broker system
• Experience with SOW, RFP, RFC, etc.
• MUST have strong verbal and written communication skills (Customer and Client facing role)
