Support the management and coordination of large vendor partnerships, including collaborating with 3rd party vendors and operational counterparts.
Effectively work with team members and stakeholders across sourcing, finance, product management, engineering, and operations to ensure project success.
Own the process of coordination, timeline planning, and leading cross-functional meetings, with diligent follow-ups for complex execution spaces.
Develop and implement frameworks and processes to enhance cross-team collaboration.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative reporting to stakeholders and research new vendors within Trust Product domains.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc).
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication abilities, capable of clearly conveying complex concepts across various formats and demonstrating influential interpersonal skills.
